Shipping
Once items are processed and paid for we will ship items to the address provided at checkout within 3 business days.
Federal holidays, weather, or circumstances out of our control may delay this process.

Returns
Window: Unused, sealed product can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to start a return: Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and a short note. We'll send return instructions and a shipping address. Do not send returns without contacting us first — unannounced returns may not be processed.
Used product: We don't accept returns on opened or used Cone Boss tools, for obvious reasons.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or missing pieces, reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a free replacement — no return shipping required for the damaged unit.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it's still missing after 5 business days, contact us and we'll work with the carrier on a claim.
The Cone Boss is sold for use by adults 21+. Void where prohibited by law.
